Extended Branch Drive-Thru and Contact Center Hours

As you are aware, the COVID-19 outbreak continues to pose significant challenges to families and businesses in the community. Nutmeg is fully operational and is committed to delivering an excellent experience to you and your family. 

In order to continue to provide the highest quality of service while protecting the health of all our members and staff, we will temporarily make the following changes effective Wednesday March 18. In accordance with guidance from state and federal government, we will be temporarily adjusting our branch hours to increase the ability to bank without person-to-person contact.

To achieve this, we will:

  • Extend our drive-thru hours at our Glastonbury, New Britain and Manchester branches until 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
  • Extend our Contact Center hours until 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
  • Adjust all lobby branch hours to close at 4:00 p.m.
  • Have night drop boxes available at select locations (Rocky Hill, New Britain, Manchester, Glastonbury and West Hartford).

Please be aware these hours may change again as the outbreak response continues to evolve.

New Britain, Manchester and Glastonbury
Lobby Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Extended Drive Thru Hours:  Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Rocky Hill
Lobby Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

West Hartford
Lobby Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Orange and Stratford 
Lobby Hours: Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

North Haven and Milford Nutmeg DMV Express
Lobby Hours: Monday – Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Thursday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Nutmeg branch is open 30 minutes later than closing time on weekdays.

In order to minimize contact, staff will manage traffic flow at the door for all locations.

ATM and Online Banking
Just a reminder, we have 24/7 ATM access at many of our locations. In addition to withdrawing cash, these ATMs can accept cash and check deposits.

If you need to increase the limits of your ATM/Debit or Credit Card, please contact us by phone or through secure messaging on e-Banking.
