We’re happy to announce that we now offer the ability to allow you to go over your credit card limit in the event that a situation arises that requires such action.
This benefit allows us to authorize transactions that go over your credit limit. When you request Over-the-Credit-Limit coverage, you remove the risk of having your transactions declined. It’s that easy to avoid. In the event that you use your Over-the-Credit-Limit coverage, your account will be charged a $25.00 fee. This fee is applied if the credit limit is exceeded at any time during the statement period, even if the balance is reduced before the close of the statement period. It is also important to note that even if you request Over-the-Credit-Limit coverage, in some cases we may still decline transactions that cause you to go over your credit limit, such as if you are past due or significantly over your credit limit.
We encourage you to opt-in today. This protection is like an added insurance that saves you the embarrassment of having your card rejected in the event you are over your limit.
