Effective Saturday, June 1, 2013 our Contact Center hours will be:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Our Cromwell Walmart Branch is nearly ready to open for business. Located inside the Walmart at 161 Berlin Road in Cromwell, this new full-service branch offers all the conveniences of a branch right where you shop!

You can do all your banking with our friendly staff and also access our free ATM (this ATM also accepts deposits).

We are also offering extended branch hours at this location:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

We’re excited to announce that in addition to the 16 FREE Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union ATMs that are currently available to you, we are adding two more located at:

Rock Cats Stadium, 230 John Karbonic Way, New Britain
YMCA, 50 High Street, New Britain

Additionally, through our partnerships with the SUM and Co-Op Networks, we offer access to over 40,000 free ATMs across the country.

Whether you are traveling in or outside of the United States, it’s a good idea to contact us with your travel dates and location so we can ensure your Nutmeg Debit MasterCard® or VISA® Platinum card is not blocked for any reason while you are away. For your protection, if our fraud department notices extreme variances from your normal spending activity, they could block your account.

We also recommend that you provide your cell phone number as your main contact number when traveling. Additionally, it is always a good idea to bring at least two forms of payment to ensure you have access to your funds.
