Branch Hour Change – Effective 11.17.2014 Some of our branch hours are changing, effective Monday, November 17, 2014. The branches below will change to the listed hours, all others branches will remain the same. Click here to view hours for our other locations.
Our e-Pay Service Has Been Upgraded Thank you for your patience as we converted to our new e-Pay system. Now that the site is live, we want to remind you of a few key items. e-Bills - The e-Pay conversion carried over your established bill payees. For security and proprietary reasons, we did not carry over information for the delivery of e-Bills. You may need to re-enter some e-Bill information to continue delivery of your bill electronically. When you click on "View bill here!" you will be asked for login credentials for your online account with the payee. If you don't already have an existing online account with that payee, you may need to create one so that your bill can be displayed in e-Pay. You can also set up reminders. To set up reminders, click the down arrow next to a biller from the Multi-pay page (or the "Options" button in Single-pay) and click "Set Reminder". Payment History - This is just a reminder. Payment history will be restored on 11.13.2014. In the meantime, we can access your payment history if you have questions. Old e-Bill e-Mail Notifications - e-Bill e-mail notifications that were set up with our previous provider will be deactivated. Upon deactivation of our old e-Pay site, a file will be generated and sent to all those billers. The file contains e-mail addresses for the recipients of the e-Bills. Once received the merchants will turn off those e-Bills. You can set up reminders in the new system. This feature does not go away. To set up reminders, click the down arrow next to a biller from the Multi-pay page (or the "Options" button in Single-pay) and click "Set Reminder". e-Pay on the Mobile App - The e-Pay service for our mobile app is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience while this site is under construction. We anticipate having the service restored very soon. In the meantime, please use our desktop application to pay your bills. Recurring Payments - All recurring payments have been carried over to the new system. Categories - These may have changed for some or regrouped. The default categories are Auto, Credit Card, Household, Misc. and Utilities. You can add any other categories by going to the "Helpful Resources" tab, then clicking on "View/Modify Categories". Browser Issues - If you are experiencing issues seeing the e-Pay screen in your browser, please turn off pop-up blockers and enable third party cookies in order to access the system. Again, we thank you for your patience during this conversion process. We hope you enjoy the new features to the system! We're happy to offer you more flexibility with scheduling payments; added security features; the option to pay bills faster; the ability to modify automatic payments easier; new and improved customized alerts; and an enhanced member support system. Important Information about the Target Security Breach Target has notified the public of a credit and debit card data breach across the United States. The breach occurred between November 27, 2013 and December 15, 2013 for purchases made inside Target stores. If you shopped Target online, you will not be affected. If you used your Nutmeg credit or debit card between the dates listed, you may have been affected. Please monitor your account closely. The credit union has multiple systems in place to monitor fraudulent activity, but we encourage you to closely monitor your accounts if you shopped at Target during these dates. We also have an Identity Theft Recovery Program in place for members in the event that identity theft occurs. Members who are protected by this program receive a personal Recovery Advocate. The Recovery Advocate assigned to your case will:
- provide a customized recovery plan within 72 hours
- alert the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion)
- work with all necessary government and law enforcement agencies
- complete all forms and follow-up on your behalf
