John Holt, President/CEO
John joined Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union as President/CEO. With a versatile combination of proven success with sales, service and operations management, as well as a history of maintaining financial strength, demonstrating a strong sense of business strategy, motivating change by building and guiding teams, and developing and implementing new products and services. John brings a unique perspective to Nutmeg. His philosophy is to understand the many different financial needs of our members, and use that to make the credit union more attractive for people to bank with us. His goal is to position the credit union to provide the best financial service in Connecticut. John earned a Master of Business Administration from Western New England College, Springfield, MA; and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Plattsburgh, NY. |

Kathleen McGrath, Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer
Kathleen began her credit union career with Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union in 1981, and has served in various positions. In her role as Vice President, Finance, she oversees all accounting, finance, and investments, as well as regulatory compliance, financial and regulatory reporting, merger/acquisition due diligence and accounting, organizational and product profitability, product pricing, asset/liability and other risk management. She has played an integral role in the credit union’s growth through numerous mergers, and currently serves as a member of the ALM Committee, and Secretary of Members Benefits LLC. She possesses excellent working knowledge of all areas of operating the credit union. |

Robert Boucher, Chief Lending Officer
As Chief Lending Officer, Bob is responsible for consumer, indirect, real estate lending, and collections. His goal is to offer convenient and quality loan products to all members of the credit union. Bob has spent the majority of his over 25 year banking career in the credit union industry. He is a graduate of Tulane University, CUNA Management School, and the Credit Union Executives Society CEO Institute. |

Carmelo Roldan, Vice President, Information Systems & Technology
Carmelo has more than 14 years experience supporting companies’ technology infrastructure and strategic planning. He joined Nutmeg State FCU in 2004 as an IT Specialist and was quickly promoted to VP of Information Systems and Technology. Prior to joining Nutmeg State FCU, Carmelo was the Director of IT for Country Bank in New York City. He’s also held managerial and leadership roles for firms in various industries, including Banking, Web Design and Public Relations. His accomplishments include assisting in the conversion to the Ultradata Core Processing system, Migration to the Microsoft Exchange e-mail system and implementation of the ShoreTel telephone system. He also serves as a member of the Technology Committee. |

Mike Nowicky, Vice President, Operations
Mike began his career at Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union in 2005. Prior to assuming the position of Vice President, Operations, Mike served as Branch Manager of the Glastonbury office from 2008-2009, and Branch Manager of the Manchester office from 2005-2008. Throughout his career, he has worked for various financial institutions. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1997-2005 and is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce and Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves on the Board of the Rocky Hill Education Foundation. |

Lisa Asadourian, Vice President, Marketing
Lisa has been with Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union for over 12 years. As Vice President, Marketing, she is responsible for the credit union’s overall marketing and communications, with an emphasis on branding; advertising; public and community relations; new product development and promotion; and Web site maintenance. In her role, she also implements strategies to improve the overall member experience; establishes a consistent voice through the organization’s communications; and develops strategies to segment and target the credit union’s membership in order to encourage growth. She is also a member of the credit union’s Scholarship Committee. Lisa graduated from the University of Connecticut, Storrs with BA degrees in English and Philosophy and a minor in Sociology. |
