Meet the Branch Managers

Jorge is the Branch Manager at our New Britain location. He started his banking career in 1987, working in indirect lending credit and collections. He has over 17 years experience as a branch manager, and has a strong background in relationship building and business development. He is also very involved in the community, volunteering for various organizations. Jorge graduated from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance.

Rosey is the Branch Manager of the Manchester office. Rosey has over 14 years of industry experience and is a Manchester native that has worked there successfully most of her life. Rosey’s community involvement includes Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of Manchester Police Activities League and is on the Committee for Rebuilding Together in Manchester.

Richard joins Nutmeg State FCU as a Branch Manager. Having served in public education over the last 17 years, Richard brings energy, innovation, and cutting edge ideas to our organization. In 2009, the Rodel Foundation named Richard Exemplary Principal of the Year in the state of Arizona. He places a strong emphasis on collaboration, member ownership, and building relationships throughout the community. Richard received a BA in History with an emphasis in Education from Arizona State University. During his teaching career, Richard returned to the classroom setting and earned an MA in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

Lila Winiarski joins us as Branch Manager for our East Windsor Branch. She started her banking career as a teller in 2001. Since then she held roles as Lead Operational Specialist as well as Financial Sales Specialist. Lila maintains an active involvement in several community organizations. Currently she is an active member of Polish–American congress were she works closely on educating local businesses on small business lending. She earned her BA of Marketing from Central Connecticut State University and she is fluent in Polish.

Marlon Shields is currently Branch Manager for the Newington and Hartford branches. Marlon has an extensive background in branch management, mortgage and consumer lending, small business lending and business development. He is also very involved in the community and recently finished a two year term on the Community Development Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He has also served as a member of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association and was Chairman of their Affordable Housing/Fair Lending Committee; served on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Credit Counseling Services of New England; and participated in both the Leadership Greater Bridgeport program and the Leadership Greater Hartford program.

Shane joins us as a branch manager. He will oversee our new Cromwell Walmart branch and has worked in the credit union industry for over three years. He began his career in retail customer service, and is currently attending Southern Connecticut State University. Shane is currently undergoing training to become a financial advisor and holds several insurance licenses.

Lori oversees the Rocky Hill Branch and the Contact Center. Lori has experience in real estate and insurance, has over 8 years in credit union experience and has significant experience managing contact centers. She is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She is also a volunteer for the United Way Financial Awareness program.
