Jorge Gonzalez, New Britain Branch Manager
Jorge is the Branch Manager at our New Britain location. He started his banking career in 1987, working in indirect lending credit and collections. He has over 17 years experience as a branch manager, and has a strong background in relationship building and business development. He is also very involved in the community, volunteering for various organizations. Jorge graduated from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance. |

Tracy Kauffman, Manchester Branch Manager
Tracy joined the credit union as a Member Service Representative for our Manchester office, and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager. She has spent the past 14 years in banking where her career path has taken her from a teller to a branch manager. She is actively involved in her home town youth organization AHM (Andover, Hebron and Marlborough Youth Services) and volunteers for the Hebron Lions Club annual Hebron Fair. |

Richard Ramos, Branch Manager
Richard K. Ramos joins Nutmeg State FCU as a Floating Branch Manager. Having served in public education over the last 17 years, Richard brings energy, innovation, and cutting edge ideas to our organization. In 2009, the Rodel Foundation named Richard Exemplary Principal of the Year in the state of Arizona. He places a strong emphasis on collaboration, member ownership, and building relationships throughout the community. Richard received a BA in History with an emphasis in Education from Arizona State University. During his teaching career, Richard returned to the classroom setting and earned an MA in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. |

Marlon Shields, Rocky Hill Branch Manager
Marlon is Branch Manager for the Rocky Hill branch. Marlon has an extensive background in branch management, mortgage and consumer lending, small business lending and business development. He is also very involved in the community and recently finished a two year term on the Community Development Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He has also served as a member of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association and was Chairman of their Affordable Housing/Fair Lending Committee; served on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Credit Counseling Services of New England; and participated in both the Leadership Greater Bridgeport program and the Leadership Greater Hartford program. He was recently issued an official citation from Mayor Perez for his contribution on the Hartford Rehabilitation Task Force. |

Amanda Tardif, Newington Price Chopper Branch Manager
Amanda joined the credit union as Branch Manager for our first in-store branch at the Newington Price Chopper. Her previous experience includes advertising and sales with a strong focus on business development. Amanda earned her BA in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations from the University of Hartford. She also went on to earn an MA in Communications with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Hartford. |
